I am a craft explorer and my recent obsession is cross stitch. My designs are inspired by textile heritage and decorative architecture of my motherland, Iran My recent collection is based on animals featured in Gabbeh, a style of hand knotted rug made by nomadic people of Iran.
Famous for their vibrant colors and simple designs, these rugs are knotted based on memory and imagination resulting in one of a kind piece each time.
